run my offense that I made for the Detroit Lions
on defense, run my quarter defense...3 down lineman, 8 defensive backs..move them around, some to the line, some up, some down, mix it up..zone...man...cover 3's, some safeties blocking the deep ball on the zones, and the mans leave them 2 defenders on one..and the middle of the field always someone there..this will shutdown any defense
