make them play a halfcourt game, take away all transition from them
run our offense..the lane will be open all day..tyson chandler is out
stop their screens before they happen
if the offense doesnt go well, isolate with milsap..when the double team comes, kick it out for an open shot, if that doesnt work, try the same thing with horford
