Memphis Grizzlies vs Detroit.

The Detroit Pistons need to trade for Andre Igudala.

Against the Memphis Grizzlies, guard them man to man.  Don't double anyone.  If you run zone, Randolph will get all the rebounds.  You have to keep Randolph and Love off the boards and you will win.  It is that simple.  Lockup Drummond on Randolph.  Randolph is slow and goes for his shot instead of driving.  Love likes to mix it up with his shot and hooks.  Put Monroe on him.  Move Josh Smith to guard.  Just make sure he doesn't launch threes.  Turn him into a point guard to look for the pass first instead of the shot.  This will make him a complete player.  He thinks he has to put the burden on his shoulder.  Teach him to relax and let the game come to him.

Start Bynum, Smith, Drummond, Monroe, and Jennings.  Bynum should be the x factor.  Bynum needs to look to his shot first, then the pass.  When teams start respecting his scoring ability, they will be forced to double him.  This will open up the offense for you.  This will take the load off of Jennings and Smith.  Let Bynum work one on one whether it is on isolations, or the pick and roll.  Then, eventually, when the double team comes, he can kick it out to Drummond, Smith, Monroe and Jennings.  Then you guys can get out and run.  Let's not get ahead of ourselves.  First, Bynum has to establish his offense.

This is how the Detroit Pistons will come out and win.
